Call Data Records analysis for Cisco CallManager

Overview

CallAccounting provides a browsing and reporting layer over the Cisco CallManager CDR database. Phones can be grouped in a tree of organizational units, then reports can be produced over this hierarchy.

Features and Benefits

  • Import the CallManager CDR database in the local database.
  • Assign groups of phones to organizational units.
  • Calculate Call Costs based on configurable patterns matching.
  • Identify the geographical location of the other party according to the area code database.
  • Create Reports using different levels of detail:
    1. Aggregate Report provides a high level view of all the organizational units (categories).
    2. Category Report shows the summary per phone for all the phones in a category (organizational unit).
    3. Detailed Report shows every call done according to the used filter.
  • Filtering support by category, time and number patterns.
  • Reports can be exported to Excel files.
  • Define report schedules, and have reports emailed to you automatically and regularly. Filters supported.
  • Web interface built upon Microsoft .NET allows the users to manage and browse reports without local installation.
